User Responsibilities

Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for:
- Product quality
- Food safety
- Hygiene standards
- Pricing accuracy
- Delivery commitments
- Legal compliance
Food Disclaimer
Food products are prepared and supplied directly by sellers. Homebellys is not responsible for food quality, ingredients, allergies, freshness, or health-related claims.
Orders
Orders are agreements between buyers and sellers. Sellers may accept or reject orders based on availability.
Payments
Payment disputes remain between buyers and sellers. Homebellys may assist but is not obligated to resolve disputes.
Subscription Plans
Seller subscriptions may include:
- Trial Plans
- Monthly Plans
- Annual Plans
Expired subscriptions may disable ordering functionality.
Account Suspension
Homebellys may suspend accounts that violate policies.
Limitation of Liability
Homebellys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
