Customer Orders
Refund and cancellation policies are determined by individual sellers. Customers should review seller policies before placing orders.
Subscription Payments
Seller subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered where required by applicable law.
Duplicate Payments
Verified duplicate payments may be refunded after review.
Failed Orders
If an order cannot be fulfilled, sellers are responsible for communicating refund or replacement options to customers.
